“Be still, and know that I am God” Psalm 46:10
I once knew a guy who trusted too much in others. He was a communist who had no problem with his government confiscating our legally-owned guns. “You have to evade your enemies,” he said, like he evaded God, I imagine, because he was a cold man. At his deathbed I think he might be surrounded by family and friends, but God won’t be there
