Give Thanks to God

Thank you, Lord for giving me the strength to do all my chores
Thank you, Lord for getting me to thank you. And more and more
Thank you, Lord for all the ways you’ve blessed us to fill our needs
And thank you, Lord for all the things you’ve sent us. And that we see
we ought always to give thanks to God

Thank you, Lord that we are like the plants and seeds that you sow
Thank you, Lord for all the helping hands that bless every soul
Thank you, Lord as some of us are weeds that grow by our sides
And thank you, Lord that this we all have seen with both our new eyes
So, we all are wise
growing like a vine
We ought always to give thanks to God
I thank You and praise You, O God of my fathers

Praise Jehovah the
farmer and grower
sustainer and maker of everything
mover and shaker
counsellor, encourager
Husband and the King of all kings

Thank you, Lord for every tired man that comes to your door
Thank you, Lord that none are better than the ones begging more
Thank you, Lord that we can all still stand and do what you want
And thank you, Lord for doing all you can to let us take part
Praying for us, Lord
we do more and more
We ought always to give thanks to God
I thank You and praise You, O God of my fathers
