June must be the best month
May was still too cold
In June it’s finally warmed up
with new light-green leaves on trees
and birds singing
June is the month for me
The spirit’s strong through the Christmas season
and then it’s all over
You must return today
Though there are gorgeous trees
and festive times of November and December
we need you right away
Trust in Jehovah with all your heart
and lean not to your own understanding
in all your ways acknowledge Him
and He shall direct your paths
Staying on the straight path
danger’s off the road
where dark and creepy creatures hide
stay sharp watching for God’s light
and remaining
safe as all safe can be
Ahead of us walks the Shepherd seeing
and I merely call him
– so easy yet so hard –
and we continue on
since his good work on the cross our destination’s
that we know he is God
Trust in Jehovah with all your heart
and lean not to your own understanding
in all your ways acknowledge Him
and He shall direct your paths
He gives strength to the faint
and to him with no vigor he increases power
Even youths are faint and weary
and young men stumbling shall stumble
but the ones waiting for Jehovah shall renew strength
they shall go up with wings as the eagles
they shall run and not be weary!
Count on God and none else
Trust not you, yourself
The Lord consolidates our hearts
to cause all he wants as God
To your horror
I will cause wonder on
the day of wonder as you are watching
I’ll be destruction
but we will be as one
As I’m your Husband
the restless lives on the earth and in the heavens
shall cease and we’ll know love
Trust in Jehovah with all your heart
and lean not to your own understanding
in all your ways acknowledge Him
and He shall direct your paths
He gives strength to the faint
and to him with no vigor he increases power
Even youths are faint and weary
and young men stumbling shall stumble
but the ones waiting for Jehovah shall renew strength
they shall go up with wings as the eagles
they shall run and not be weary!
